Responsibilities

Perform task and test planning, preparation, and execution; resource management; cost, schedule, and task performance oversight; risk management; quality assurance; reporting; budget management and reporting; strategic planning; situation assessment and recommendations; and anticipatory support.

Create and maintain program documents (e.g., configuration management, security audit documentation), validate the correctness of technical specifications, and create and maintain current and future Information Technology Group Standard Operating Procedures.

Provide centralized administrative, planning, clerical, documentation, and related functions to support program management requirements.

Responsible for creating the Task Order (TO) Management Plan. This will be used to outline the technical approach, master program schedule, organizational resources, and management controls to be used.
