Responsibilities
Develop and manage a project portfolio and roadmap that drives the organization's Data & Insights strategy and objectives
Align program projects with the organization's overall business strategy and prioritize projects based on business impact and resource availability
Monitor project progress, remove impediments, identify risks and issues, and ensure timely and successful project delivery
Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure project timelines, milestones, and goals are achieved
Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure standardization and consistency across the portfolio
Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders at various levels in the organization
Ensure that all projects within the portfolio are appropriately staffed, and resources are allocated effectively

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or in lieu of related degree, at least 10 years of experience in portfolio, program management, and/or project management roles
10+ years of experience in conducting research and analysis and generating insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at different levels within the organization
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and adapt to changing priorities and timelines
Knowledge of Data Management concepts and principles
Project Management Methodologies (e.g., Agile, Microsoft Project, Gantt charts)
Data Analytics and Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau and MicroStrategy)
Big Data Concepts (e.g., Hadoop, MapReduce, Spark, NoSQL databases)
Cloud Infrastructure and Technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Data Management or Analytics Software (e.g., Informatica, IBM, Oracle)
Vendor Management

Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2 or Agile) preferred
