Responsibilities

Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources.

Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement.

Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones.

Monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output.

Work with Project team to assist with workload balance and prioritization of resource allocation.

Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate stake holders and escalate issues according to project work plan.

Monitor document usage, access, and retention to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Maintain and update a document database or library, ensuring that all documents are appropriately archived and indexed for quick retrieval.
