Responsibilities

Work with IT Project Managers, IT Business Relationship Manager, IT Development Teams, 3rd Party Vendors, and Business Stakeholders to take ownership of parts of project plans, including scope, timeline, and resources planning.

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities. Maintain project documentation, including timelines, action items, follow up on action items and status updates.

Tracks tasks and action items to both internal individuals and 3rd parties, keeps the project on schedule, identifies project risks, and escalates issues to project manager.

Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other departments. Prepare and distribute regular project reports and updates.

Help monitor project risks and issues, proactively identifying potential roadblocks. Coordinate with the project manager to implement mitigation strategies.

Maintain comprehensive project records, including meeting notes, change requests, and approvals, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company standards. Creates reports and other project artifacts, under the guidance of the lead project manager.
