Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end IT project lifecycle defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and developing comprehensive project plans with clear timelines.
Partner and communicate timely and effectively with stakeholders, leaders, and technical resources to drive project delivery and ensure the successful achievement of project objectives and milestones.
Continuously assess methodologies and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate and ensure effective change management.

Required

7+ years experience with managing multiple, large, complex cross-functional projects
Applying project management standard practices (e.g. systems and tools)
Experience in managing IT Systems implementation and migration projects
Experience in cybersecurity projects
Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale technical projects from initiation to completion
Expertise in agile project management frameworks, processes and principles
Strong change management skills, including the ability to create and facilitate change management plans that drive successful adoption
Proficient in agile project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
