Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with approved Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)

Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report project financials to stakeholders.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business stakeholders, engineers, analysts, and testers, to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.

Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate updates, and escalate issues as needed.

Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements, and change requests.

Serve as mentor/coach to existing and potential future project leaders and provide training on tools and methodologies as needed
