Responsibilities
Develop and oversee project plans across schedule, cost, scope, and quality dimensions.
Record and monitor actual and forecasted costs, ensuring alignment with budgets.
Identify and document project risks during initiation and throughout the lifecycle.
Proactively develop and implement mitigation plans with stakeholder agreement.
Manage dependencies and critical paths across multiple simultaneous projects.
Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, synthesizing complex information.
Escalate issues clearly, articulating problem statements and project impacts.
Address deviations from project plans with corrective actions.
Recommend process adjustments when necessary, gaining stakeholder consensus.
Proactively learn and integrate new skills to enhance project outcomes.

Required
7-10 years of IT work experience, including 7+ years managing IT infrastructure projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Expert-Level Proficiency in Waterfall methodology, processes, and best practices.
Expert-Level Proficiency in managing detailed capital and expense budgets, reconciling actuals.
Expert-Level Proficiency in analytical problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
Experience in IT infrastructure deployments and upgrades, including network circuits, routers, and switches.
Experience in M365 tenant migration, databases, cloud storage, and migrations.
Experience in end-user hardware and conferencing technology.
Experience in implementation of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications across large enterprises.
Ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Strong conflict resolution, collaboration, and influence capabilities.
High adaptability to dynamic environments and situational awareness to balance listening and assertiveness.
Preferred
Related certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are highly preferred.
Tools: Microsoft Office, Clarity/PPM, MS Project.
