Responsibilities

Assembles and leads project teams

Identifies appropriate resources needed

Develops schedule of dependencies to ensure timely completion of work items

Manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks

Oversees the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects

Sets strategies and leads project execution to deliver on-time/within budget

Guides the activities of both internal team members and external vendors

Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues

Makes decisions regarding their own work methods

Follows established guidelines/procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, engineering related field. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree 5 years of IT Project management experience.

3+ years of demonstrated experience in practical implementation of IT Solutions using Agile methodologies

Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while managing budgets and burn rates

Outstanding leadership skills

Excellent problem-solving ability

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred

SAFe, Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification

Knowledge of project management tools ie: Jira Align, ServiceNow PPM, MS Azure Suite

Experience in the health solutions industry
