Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
Lead and supervise project teams to ensure timely execution and adherence to deadlines
Manage project resources efficiently
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols throughout project execution
Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management
Identify project resource needs and coordinate sourcing and procurement
Implement and monitor project improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
Leverage advanced knowledge of business operations to drive project success

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Order-to-Cash, CRM (Salesforce), and M&A integrations project
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
Exceptional problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
