Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors in work that will lead to the execution of projects that support business objectives.

Perform project discovery as necessary.

Develops project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and work assignments to meet project deliverables.

Facilitate project meetings.

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Manages relationships with all stakeholders.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks escalating impediments as needed.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as required.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
