Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for each phase of the project.
Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path, and risks.
Coordinate and direct project team members to ensure deliverables align with project goals.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and adjustments.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Manage project budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on expenses.
Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity while staying within budget.
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain a risk register and ensure all stakeholders are aware of project risks and status.
Implement project management best practices and methodologies to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with requirements.

Required
Experience as an IT Project Manager
Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Experience in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for each phase of the project
Ability to identify and manage project dependencies, critical path, and risks
Experience in coordinating and directing project team members to ensure deliverables align with project goals
Ability to track project performance and analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Experience in monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements
