Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
Guide the project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Delegate project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Identify and manage potential crises and devise contingency plans.
Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality and meet client expectations.
Oversee the quality control process throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Report and escalate to management as needed.

Required
Strong leadership skills
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Consistently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and see
Consistent vision abilities required; close vision, depth perception, and ability to focus
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
Proven working experience in project management in the IT sector, specifically in outsourcing services
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
May require travel dependent on company needs
Walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met
