Responsibilities

Set goals and enforce policies for project teams developing business applications and information services.

Lead small to medium-sized cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle.

Manage all aspects of project development and implementation, serving as the primary point of contact.

Oversee projects from initial concept to final implementation, interfacing with clients and internal departments.

Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close software and product development activities.

Participate in setting project direction and enforce it with cross-functional teams.

Plan and manage resource allocations and task assignments within a matrix-managed environment.

Work with management to define, develop, and implement new information products and services.

Manage scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring projects stay on track.

Regularly update stakeholders on project status and risks, providing recommendations as needed.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.

Provide strategic business guidance to project teams.

Potentially manage multiple small IT projects simultaneously.

Required

Bachelor's Degree required.
