Responsibilities
Enters requests into tracking system and assigns ticket number or other identification. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's request and the appropriate response.
Diagnoses, resolves and closes customer information security related issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary
Assists with developing and implementing service level agreements.
Serves as a mentor to team members regarding information security policies and procedures. Provides training, support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Required
High School diploma or GED.
3 years of relevant experience.

Active Directory knowledge
