Responsibilities
Lead & Manage Security Operations: Build, guide, and lead a high-performance security team, ensuring smooth daily operations and team development.
Shape & Execute Security Strategies: Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies, frameworks, policies, and incident response plans to protect our systems and data.
Proactive Security Assessments: Conduct regular penetration testing, vulnerability scans, and security audits to identify risks and ensure continuous improvement.
Incident Response Leadership: Take charge of the organization’s response to security incidents—from investigation to resolution—fostering a culture of ongoing improvement.
Promote Security Awareness: Lead security training initiatives that drive a culture of vigilance and security mindfulness across the organization.

Required
5+ years of IT security management experience, including a proven track record of leading teams and implementing effective security measures.
Extensive experience managing a Security Operations Center (SOC) and responding to security incidents.
Deep knowledge of cloud & virtual security, encryption technologies, and endpoint protection.
Proficiency in both PC and Mac operating systems.
Experience working within a Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT), handling complex security challenges such as malware analysis and exploit research.
A passion for staying ahead of evolving cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.
Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Computer Science, Armed Forces, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Industry certifications in information security, with at least one certification related to security management, forensics, or incident handling.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
Highly diplomatic and adaptable, with excellent judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Global mindset, with sensitivity to international cultures and business customs.
Analytical thinking and the ability to influence processes and decisions.
Curiosity and the drive to continually learn and apply new cybersecurity technologies and strategies.
