Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate multiple Scrum teams or Scrum of Scrums.

Work closely with the product owner, development team, and other stakeholders to ensure effective Scrum processes.

Oversee Scrum Guides and ensure adherence to Scrum methodology.

Provide guidance and support to Scrum Guides in their roles.

Support software programs or modules across multiple clinical and/or business functions.

Understand the business environment and the impact IT can have on it.

Provide analysis and support for installed systems and system implementation projects.

Function as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas during planning.

Build credibility and rapport with customers to understand their needs.

Research requests to determine scope, size, and impact.

Validate requirement information with stakeholders for completeness and correctness.

Validate solutions to ensure they satisfy stated requirements.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of existing systems and certification in vended applications.

Design, develop, or modify applications, algorithms, or rules via vendor tools.

Validate data integrity of changes introduced.

Work on strategic projects with a Project Manager and manage small- to mid-sized operational projects independently.

Work independently across multiple departments and divisions to accomplish goals.

Create test plans and evaluate current plans for improvement.

Guide and advise less experienced business analysts and provide orientation and training for new employees.

Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies that affect enterprise processes.

Maintain awareness of overall enterprise architecture.

May be required to provide 24/7 on-call support.

Required

Highly skilled and experienced in leading and facilitating multiple Scrum teams or Scrum of Scrums.

Ability to work closely with the product owner, development team, and other stakeholders.

Experience ensuring that the Scrum process is being followed effectively.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

Experience overseeing Scrum Guides and ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology.

Ability to provide guidance and support to Scrum Guides.

Experience in supporting software programs or modules across multiple clinical and/or business functions.

Understanding of the business environment and the impact IT can have on it.

Experience providing analysis and support for installed systems.

Experience in system implementation and integration projects, including systems analysis, design, build, testing, and implementation.

Ability to function as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas during the planning process.

Experience providing oversight throughout the project cycle.

Ability to build credibility and rapport with customers to understand their needs.

Experience researching requests to determine scope, size, and impact.

Ability to validate requirement information with stakeholders to ensure completeness, correctness, and clarity.

Experience validating solutions to ensure they satisfy stated requirements.
