Responsibilities
Acts as a domain expert on Functional Engineering technology management capability and scope definition, solution design, configuration, extension, and enablement through to final deliverables.
Liaisons cross-functionally to help identify and build Functional Engineering products that comprehensively address specific customer business needs and requirements.
Lead projects of various sizes with limited supervision through the software development lifecycle utilizing Agile methodologies and tools
In depth knowledge of Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM) processes to implement various WMS modules like Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Pick, Pack and Ship etc.
Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
Collaborates cross-functionally to identify and build experience design products to solve key and unmet business needs. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.

Required
A minimum of 10 to 12 years SAP Supply chain experience, specifically with WMS, SD and OTC is required
Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes and best practices is required
Expertise in the configuration and implementation of SAP EWM is required
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence at all levels within company is required
Preferred
Experience in the integration with other echo systems is highly preferred
Experience with Agile Methodology for Implementation is preferred
