Responsibilities

Manage the entire incident management process, from detection to resolution, including major Incident response

Record all incidents and maintain documentation for all outages, including conducting post incident reviews with resolving groups

Ensure the appropriate communications are sent to Information Technology (IT) and business leadership, keeping them advised of the incident and business impact

Work closely with IT teams, security personnel, and upper management

Participate in regular assessments of processes to ensure they are well-documented, sustainable, and scalable

Required

Minimum seven years of recent experience supporting various infrastructure stacks, such as application, hypervisor, compute, storage, networking supporting, multiple business applications and IT services

Experience working in a 24x7 IT operations environment

Knowledge of Incident Management processes, Business Continuity, Data Breach Management

Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow

Excellent communication skills, must provide verbal/written communication and collaboration with all levels of the organization
