Responsibilities

Customer Service or Helpdesk oriented experience with a problem-solving attitude

Management Experience

Able to execute work autonomously.

Excellent communication skills (Video Meetings, written, and in person)

Knowledge of the following workstation operating systems

Windows Workstation Operating system (10 and newer)

Mac OS (11 - Big Sur and newer)

Knowledge of the following networking concepts.

LAN / WLAN / WAN: Topologies, troubleshooting.

VPN

DNS (private and public)

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 services

Ability to work 80% from home.
