Responsibilities
Relentless focus on delivering outcomes and value to the business by participating in cross-functional teams and leading projects with regional or enterprise-wide scope.
Represent assigned area on project teams with departmental or company scope on system implementations, policy and practice changes, and process redesign.
Analyze and report on customer needs, manage and support the identification and research of new developments and uses of current systems and applications.
Keep current on industry standards and regulatory/compliance issues within assigned areas, provide system and consultation on these issues to customers.
Design and administer standards and policies regarding application and end-user customer documentation, ensuring department and company standards are implemented and consistently adhered to.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information systems or related field
Minimum of two to four years of experience in reporting and/or analytics in clinical, financial, insurance, utilization, patient satisfaction, supply chain, HR, clinical application configuration, or related field
Significant knowledge of cross functional departments
Strong project management skills
Ability to work independently and manage large, multiple projects and complex reports
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
Strong technical skills including SQL/Ansi SQL, SAS, Tableau, Excel, clinical software applications, etc.
Preferred
Experience with system implementation and project management
Additional experience with specialized applications in related area
Experience with department specific software (Cerner, NextGen, Centricity, TSI, and Quality Advisor, SAS or SSRS), including advanced integrated or independent report writing applications
