Responsibilities

You will support the Product Owner in developing life cycle program plans/roadmaps and maintaining life cycle cost estimates.
You will support implementation of agile methodologies, such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), within assigned service teams.
You will manage and integrate new Entra ID capabilities in a timely manner, while aligning with other dependent Microsoft capabilities and teams.
You will design implementation plans for use of modern authentication methods like Non-CAC MFA (Microsoft Authenticator) and FIDO2 (WHfB).
You will design and maintain architecture models to securely transact with all other DoD tenants in the future.
You will maintain Entra IDs status for meeting DOD Tenant Configuration mandates and mandatory cyber security tools and reporting.

Required

Must be a US Citizen.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required.
This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 806 Advanced Level within 12 months of appointment.
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites.
You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Generally, current Federal employees applying to APS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level.
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate managing and directing large, complex organizational units, program management in complex environments, translating user/organizational business needs to specific Information Technology requirements, and understanding and applying Zero Trust architectures.
