Responsibilities

Plans and implements technical enterprise architecture policies and standards, analyzing and resolving planning problems, developing technical solutions, and issuing recommendations.
Assists in the development of enterprise architecture artifacts that document civilian HR business processes.
Reviews and validates architecture requirements for feasibility/compliance with civilian personnel goals, policies, objectives and resource guidance.
Tracks and reports information regarding individual automated systems and their costs, updating and maintaining systems information and costs in external databases and registries.
Represent Army on HR imitative work groups ensuring Army-unique capability requirements are captured and incorporated in overall civilian HR program.

Required

Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Position requires a Secret security clearance.
Position requires a Security+ Certification within six months of entering on duty.
One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Planning and implementing technical enterprise architecture policies, analyzing and resolving planning problems, and developing technical solutions; 2) assisting in the development of enterprise architecture artifacts that document civilian HR business processes; and 3) reviewing architecture requirements for feasibility/compliance with civilian personnel goals, policies, objectives and resource guidance.
The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience which demonstrates each of the four competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving.
You must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
