Responsibilities

Manage the organization's portfolio, specifically integrating project budgets, schedules, and risks on a daily/weekly basis.

Execute the budget, forecast resources, and review progress on all project activities in the organization.

Integrate numerous functions across the portfolio of projects such as managing project resources, procuring services, materials, and equipment, identifying and employing agile project management methodologies, guidelines, and best practices, facilitating the creation and appropriate use of project standardized methodologies, coaching and training other project managers, managing adherence to compliance and standards, and coordinating communication across all projects.

Provide expert advice to senior management, key stakeholders, and staff.

Develop IT strategic goals, map and align goals to corporate goals, and align the associated IT portfolio.
