Responsibilities

Respond to employee helpdesk requests including troubleshooting, explaining issues, suggesting workarounds, and alternatives.

Onboard new employees by setting up accounts, procuring hardware, and ensuring access to necessary resources.

Work on various projects such as software & hardware audits, new software testing & deployment, and aligning employee groups across different software packages.

Escalate incidents to other experts on the team when necessary.

Order new & replacement equipment for existing employees.

Communicate IT policies to Articulate employees.

Create internal and employee-facing documentation, including knowledgebase articles.

House, manage, and ship out loaner machines in support of Articulate employees.
