Responsibilities
Build, cross-reference, and import target lists.
Correct and maintain lists to ensure accuracy.
Safeguard the integrity of our information systems.
Set up new hire technologies and VPN access.
Provide timely technical support to users.
Install, troubleshoot hardware and software.
Resolve networking issues and other technical problems.
Escalate complex issues to vendor helpdesks and manage them to resolution.
Serve as the point of contact for IT and phone vendor interactions and troubleshooting.
Update and maintain our company website.
Monitor system requirements to optimize performance levels.
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and upgrades.
Implement portal changes, configure CRM systems, and manage SFTP administration.

Required
Solid understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced features such as macros and vLookups.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in information technology or related field preferred.
Permanent residency in one of the following states: FL, PA, NC, SC, TX, GA, OK, IA, WI, KS, MD, MI, MS, AL, IN, NH, RI, WV, TN
