Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance.
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
Follow-up and update customer status and information.

Required
A passion for technology and some hands-on experience with computers is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills are required.
The ability to work well with both business and technical users is required.
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
Preferred
Experience working at a help desk or computer lab would be ideal.
Bachelors degree is preferred.
