Responsibilities
Provide in-person support at the NYC HQ and remote support for other offices.
Triage support requests from tickets, email, and Slack, proactively unblock users.
Take ownership of projects, work with internal/external teams, manage inventory, and assist with new hire equipment.
Create and update technical documentation and user-facing documentation.
Advocate for users, understand challenges, and remove blockers.
Make data-driven, empathetic decisions, and provide after-hours support for events.

Required
Minimum 3 years of technical experience in an enterprise size organization
Strong knowledge in our core tech stack including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM, and various modern SaaS tools
Strong attention to detail and execution oriented
Understanding of User Lifecycle Management, managing user/role access
Experience troubleshooting audio visual systems
Preferred
Experience in high growth startups
Experience managing macOS/Windows
Slack Certified Admin
Okta Certified Professional
