Responsibilities

Support the integration of new business unites into an existing Amazon Connect tenant.
Develop and integrate APIs with AWS services for new tools.
Redesign call flows and streamline queues to enhance the unified customer experience.
Assist in the migration to a new cloud Identity Provider.
Configure and oversee user administration for new support tools and platforms.
Handle requests, troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, test new features, and act as a backup owner for the suite of IT support tools.

Required

At least 3 years of cloud-based platform IT support experience.
Proven experience with Amazon Connect or similar cloud contact center solutions.
Strong familiarity with cloud computing environments and a deep understanding of tools and interoperability within Amazon Web Services.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with individuals of varying technical proficiency.
A proactive approach, with a passion for innovation, process improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing and service management system.

Preferred

Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data management and cloud security.
Experience working with technical platforms in an IT Service Desk environment.
Familiarity with BeyondTrust Remote Support or similar remote desktop tools.
Experience with ServiceNow as an IT service management platform.
Interest in creating internal and customer-facing documentation and user guides.
