Responsibilities
Configure and image client workstations, laptops, and servers for our client.
Provide Level 1 remote technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues for our client.
Perform software installations, file backups, and system/application configurations.
Monitor and resolve tickets via a central ticketing system and respond to calls promptly.
Document all changes in our client's environments and adhere to best practices.
Conduct research for technical issue resolution using online resources.
Identify opportunities to educate our client’s team and improve their IT experience.
Support additional duties as assigned by management.

Required
Minimum of 2 years in an IT support/helpdesk role or 2 years working for a MSP.
Exceptional multi-tasking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of absorbing and retaining information quickly.
Experience troubleshooting and configuring desktop hardware and software for our client.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, O365 administration, and remote support tools like LogMeIn.
Ability to troubleshoot printers, scanners and other peripherals.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices iPhone, iPad, with MDM controls.
Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, switching, VLANs, and subnetting.
Familiarity with VoIP systems, virtualization platforms, and RMM tools.
Preferred
Experience with Azure AD and Intune
