Responsibilities
Provide global service desk support and manage access controls to information systems.
Remote administration of workstations and delivery of Antivirus/Firewalls/Backups/Disk encryption/Applications and security updates via MDM
Manage the inventory of laptops and other devices for our globally distributed team; including procuring and setting up new devices, and organizing equipment return and reuse
Procure, manage, and renew software licenses and cloud subscriptions for end users
Coordinate time-critical tasks across multiple time zones.
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide guidance on ICT related issues and implement continuous improvement.
Collaborate with compliance and Info-sec teams to implement and enforce IS/IT compliance and security requirements.
Assist senior management with identifying deficiencies in services, compliance and security.

Required
5 Years hands-on technical service desk or IT support experience administering SaaS tools, with experience working in distributed environments highly regarded
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in the Microsoft stack, specializing in administering and resolving remote end-user issues for Windows, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office, and Azure identity across multiple tenants, ensuring seamless cross-team collaboration and sharing
Automation and scripting skills with the desire to automate everything
Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, understanding the problem that needs to be solved and collaborating on expected outcomes.
Ability to work remotely, independently and as part of a distributed global team.
Experienced with improving and managing process change to meet compliance conditions
Ability to communicate compliance and security requirements to uplift end user knowledge and awareness
