Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional IT support to clients and staff via phone, email, chat, or remote access.
Analyze and diagnose IT problems and implement effective solutions.
Monitor and maintain the performance and security of IT systems and devices.
Install, update, and configure IT equipment and applications according to best practices and standards.
Create and maintain IT documentation and records.
Train and educate clients and staff on IT systems and tools.
Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Collaborate with other IT team members and external vendors.

Required
A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
Strong knowledge and skills in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, and other Microsoft products and services.
Good experiences about troubleshooting of Laptop/Desktop, Printers, MFP devices
Experiences with Microsoft Intune / Entra ID
Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, and other IT frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Speak and write English fluently.
Preferred
Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or other relevant IT areas are preferred.
