Responsibilities

Provide ongoing help desk support for our team of professionals.

Secure our infrastructure, network and team by providing security training and bolstering our SOC

Aid in security audits

Manage and organize our growing base of endpoints

Administer our Office 365 environment

Promote the healthy use of tech org wide and educate end users on how to get the most out of their tools
