Responsibilities

Configure, install, and maintain server systems, desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Manage network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
Install, configure, and update client and server operating systems and application software.
Manage antivirus software, databases, NAS systems, and data backups.
Provide expert technical support and perform root-cause analysis to prevent future service interruptions.
Consult with clients on technical issues, process improvements, and forecast planning to enhance IT systems.
Design integrated systems tailored to clients' needs using industry best practices.
Collaborate with IT team members, clients, and vendors to resolve technical challenges.
Maintain thorough documentation of systems, configurations, processes, and service records.
Be available for occasional evening or weekend work for maintenance, upgrades, or urgent repairs.

Required

Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
Valid NC Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused to deliver outstanding service.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

At least 3 years of experience in IT systems design, support, and maintenance (preferred).
Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365 Administrator, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Cisco CCNA or CCNP, CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or similar.
