Responsibilities
Responsible for all information systems, network infrastructure, data security, and other IT related systems
Provide all-level IT support for 100 end users both on-site and remote
Perform all IT aspects of onboarding new employees including equipment provision, workstation setup, and account access
Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts
Proactively maintain a working order of all user workstations, including application troubleshooting, security updates, software, and hardware upgrades
Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise
Maintain accurate records for active and inactive user accounts and licenses
Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment
Acquire and manage relationships with vendors as it relates to IT
Create and maintain guides and documentation for Standard Operating Procedures
Occasionally provide after hours support of IT systems
Provide data and insight to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as needed
Continuously improve and keep up with the IT business needs of their organization.

Required
Associates Degree, equivalent certifications, or relevant work experience
3+ years work experience in an IT support role
Microsoft 365 experience required
Able to arrive on time and maintain excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Multi-tasker who is calm, friendly under pressure, proactive, and customer service focused
Self-starter with a proactive, flexible and hands-on approach
Outstanding attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with frequent change as standard
A strong collaborative ethic with a validated ability to work multi-functionally
