Responsibilities
Project management for implementation of new applications
Integrate enterprise applications with cloud services to ensure seamless delivery of data to all users
Interact with internal IT groups (Helpdesk, Networking, Telecom, Development), and other subject matter experts as key stakeholders in the planning and design of new applications and services
Developing processes to automate management activities and new solution deployments at enterprise scale
Working with business partners and vendors to monitor, manage, and maintain cloud environment and services
Tuning and maintenance of systems and software to maximize application performance
Following industry best practices and compliance requirements related to securing applications, servers, and cloud solutions
Troubleshooting servers, applications, and cloud-based solutions to achieve timely problem resolution
Creating, revising, and reviewing internal documentation of system designs
Reviewing system and application logs as part of good cyber hygiene
Serving as a mentor and source of knowledge to other employees
Act as a resource for other IT group’s project rollouts
Participate in on-call rotation
Provide tier 3 support for systems and application issues escalated from the helpdesk
Serve as a mentor and resource for System Admin I employees.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience with Windows Server operating systems and Azure Active Directory
3-5 years working in an IT Systems role
A firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
Ability to travel periodically (California, Florida, Hawaii); travel expectation less than 10%
Strong experience with the Azure solutions stack, including App Services, Virtual Functions, Azure SQL, and storage accounts.
Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, including Enterprise Apps, App Registrations, SAML, OAuth2, and Conditional Access Policies.
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 solutions stack, including Cloud App Security, Intune, Sharepoint, and Exchange
Strong experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages
Experience following a defined Change Management process
Ability to work closely with software, hardware, and service vendors on new installations and problem resolutions
