Responsibilities

• ITAM Expertise: Utilize deep understanding of ITAM principles and best practices to manage and optimize IT assets.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in IT technologies, including hardware, software systems, network infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing.

• Software License Management: Ensure software compliance, perform license reconciliations, and manage licensing models and contracts.

• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze ITAM data using advanced data analytics tools to inform decision-making.

• Project Management: Coordinate ITAM initiatives, set goals, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate ITAM-related risks, including security and compliance risks.

• Compliance Knowledge: Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with ITAM regulations and industry standards.

• Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical information to clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex ITAM-related issues efficiently.

• Leadership: Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with other departments and teams.

• Adaptability: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to adapt ITAM practices accordingly.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, understanding client needs and delivering value through ITAM services.

Required

Strong understanding of ITAM principles, best practices, and industry standards.

Proficiency in IT technologies, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing.

Extensive knowledge of software licensing models, contract terms, and software compliance.

Strong data analysis and data management skills.

Proven project management experience.

Ability to identify and mitigate ITAM risks.

Awareness of ITAM compliance requirements and regulations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Leadership and team collaboration experience.

Adaptability to evolving IT landscapes.

Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Preferred

Relevant certifications (CITAM, CSAM, CHAMP) preferred.

Strong business acumen and the ability to align ITAM practices with strategic goals.
