Responsibilities
Review newly submitted exam items for compliance with item development guidelines and communicates results to item writers.
Assist with the scheduling, communications and coordination of item and exam activities and other related programs. This includes monitor email accounts, process applications, payments, CPE, etc.
Develop and proof master files and back up files for workshops, serve as scribe and assist with all administrative duties during workshops and working group meetings.
Create, maintain, and monitor item writing drives in the online item writing tool and serve as a point of contact for item writer support. This includes running reports and creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track performance metrics.
Track and process expense reports.
Perform reviews and/or update item writing training documents, Proof exam translation files.

Required
Associates Degree; Non-profit management, communications, general business

Editorial or project management
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, as well as manage and meet deadlines
