Responsibilities

Provide strategic and tactical leadership in implementing IT Service Management best practices.

Develop, manage, and execute projects that improve service quality and align with business objectives.

Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused language.

Foster collaboration among diverse teams, including business analysts, technical experts, and process owners, to resolve service-level issues.

Ensure adherence to ITIL governance processes and Project Management best practices.

Analyze and apply statistical and numerical principles to optimize service delivery.

Manage IT Outsourcing and Managed Services processes effectively.

Utilize ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy to support and enhance IT service processes.

Expertise in ITSM and ITIL governance processes.

Proven ability to think strategically and act tactically, knowing when each approach is appropriate.

Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Technical proficiency with the ability to communicate concepts in business terms.

Hands-on experience in implementing IT Service Management best practices.

Strong credibility and trust among IT managers and business leaders at all levels.

Demonstrated success in fostering teamwork across diverse groups to address and resolve service issues.

Knowledge of IT Outsourcing and Managed Services operations.

Analytical expertise in applying statistical and numerical principles.

Innovative thinking to improve service quality within cost and business constraints.

Proficiency in ITSM tools, including ServiceNow and Remedy.

Preferred

Proficient with Remedy On Demand.

IT Service Management certifications such as ITIL V3 or V4.

PMP Certification.

Experience in Business Process Engineering.

Strong technical writing and formal documentation skills.

Hands-on experience using ServiceNow to support external business partners and cloud service providers such as AWS.

Familiarity with ServiceNow security operations and DevOps tools like Jira and GitLab.

Training experience in ITSM tools and processes.
