Responsibilities

Participate in the planning, design, development, and implementation of software applications
Conduct testing, quality assurance, and documentation of changes to systems
Train IT employees and end-users on information systems and maintain documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience upon hire
5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare information technology
Exceptional knowledge of clinical software applications and healthcare operations
Applicable Epic certification and maintenance of primary application certification
Strong self-motivation, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Preferred

Master’s degree or 3 years' experience in Information Technology
7+ years of applicable business or healthcare experience
Multiple Epic certifications
Project management and leadership experience
Strong skills in desktop tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
