Responsibilities

Required

3-5 years of experience in designing conversational IVR flows or similar customer engagement solutions.
Proven expertise in CX design, user experience, and optimizing customer journeys within a call center environment.
Familiarity with IVR technologies, conversational AI platforms, and NLU frameworks.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
Ability to map complex workflows and simplify customer interactions through intuitive flow design.
Proficiency with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or other workflow design tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder collaboration abilities.
Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments and managing project deliverables under tight timelines.

Preferred

Background in call center operations or customer service-focused initiatives.
Experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or similar).
Knowledge of speech recognition technologies and voice user interface (VUI) design principles.
Familiarity with analytics tools to track IVR performance and user behavior.
