Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement integrations between Jaggaer and Banner using the Ethos adapter. Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability throughout the integration process.
Configure both Jaggaer and Banner systems to support integration requirements. Customize workflows and data mappings to align with business needs.
Provide ongoing technical support for the integration, troubleshooting issues, and working to resolve them promptly. Collaborate with vendors and support teams as necessary.
Create detailed technical documentation, including integration workflows, data mappings, and troubleshooting guides to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical staff on the integrated systems. Develop user manuals and support materials.
Ensure that all integration activities comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulations. Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data.

10+ years of experience
Experience with JAGGAER – BANNER integrations using the Ethos adapter
