Responsibilities
Manages program cases involving multiple parties or within a single institution.
Develops quality assurance standards and reviews neutrals' work to ensure is in compliance with programs.
Oversees administration of government programs, complex and institutionally-driven assignments.
Identifies, trains, and appoints neutrals to programs.
Manages specialized billing requirements.
Provides professional client service to colleagues, panelists, clients.
Consults with clients on a regular basis to ensure program expectations are being met.
Ensures that technical systems and security protocols are adequate for the administration of their program.
Other duties as assigned within similar scope.

Required
2-4 years experience working in administration.
2-4 years experience in legal and client service role(s).
2-4 years For internal candidates, proven ability as a Case Manager or tenured Case Coordinator.
Solid knowledge of all processes, procedures, and policies. (Required proficiency)
Computer literacy and proficiency in all software programs required for the position. (Required proficiency)
Strong verbal and communication skills when speaking to colleagues, clients, and panelists. (Required proficiency)
Preferred
JD or Paralegal Certificate.
