Responsibilities

Required
10+ years of IT experience with experience on Java, Spring boot 2.0 backend API development
Experience of API and service-based architectures using SOAP, REST APIs, micro-services and utilizing JSON
Experience on API testing, Postman collections.
Strong architecture and design mindset
Web Security (keys, certificates, trusts, etc.)
CI/CD tools - Confluence, Jira, GIT, GitHub, SonarQube, checkmarks
PaaS/IaaS - Open Shift, AWS, Kafka
Experience with DevOps processes
Agile methodologies - SAFe, Kanban
Software Development Tools and Programming Languages
Software development principles, practices and concepts
Object Oriented (OO) concepts and how they apply to design, architecture and application development.
Understanding of relational database concepts
Awareness of cross-browser/device responsive development
Knowledge of implementation considerations for UI technologies including jQuery, WebSphere, React
API Lifecycle Management & Lifecycle Automation
Excellent verbal and written communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
Flexible to support customer needs as required.
