Responsibilities
Develop solutions for Java-based back end, database, and messaging.
Implement clean code, adhere to standard coding and design principles, and follow TDD.
Integrate with CI/CD.
Facilitate and contribute actively to code review sessions, and design review sessions.
Work collaboratively in an agile setup with team members located across different locations and time zones.
Develop new skills to contribute as a multi-functional team member.

Required
Strong in Core Java
Good in Spring ecosystem
Good in REST, XML, and JSON
Good problem-solving skills
Good debugging and troubleshooting skills
Strong analysis (both requirements and system) and design skills
Kafka
2 to 4 years of experience
Kafka Streams
1 to 2 years of experience with Confluent Platform (Schema Registry, Connect, Rest Proxy)
1 to 2 years of experience with CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins or equivalent, Maven/Gradle, Git, and developer efficiency tools)
Experience with Unit testing and Integration testing tools and frameworks (Junit, Mockito, Jbehave, etc.)
Preferred
Experience with Event Sourced Systems Design
Experience in TDD
Experience with performance testing
Experience with Spring Boot
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience building web services and cloud applications using AWS or others
Follow agile best practices and maintain/improve the work of the agile team
