Responsibilities

Should have minimum 5 years of hand on experience in Spring Boot, Cassandra, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Queuing, Data analytics Platforms

Snowflake experience is an added advantage.

Someone with BFS/Cards/Payments experience is added advantage.

Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization

Devising new programs that support the organization’s objectives

Coming up with sustainable goals for the organization

Working with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs

Evaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknesses

Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met

Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals

Working with the marketing team to improve strategies

Required

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Cassandra, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Queuing, Data analytics Platforms

5+ years of experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Payments and Fintech Experience – MUST to have good understanding in FINTECH Concepts, Payments Domain, Key design principles

Security and Compliance – Security, SOX and PCI compliance concept and awareness

Good working experience in building Payment solutions and Wallet API solutions

Hands-on experience in AWS, Java, PostgreSQL, Spring Boot, Cassandra, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Queuing, Data analytics Platforms, AWS, Java, PostgreSQL, Conduktor

Snowflake experience is mandatory

Above-average understanding of business operations with a technical background

Experience in both technical and non-technical roles; multiple years in software development, product management, project management, implementation teams, and/or business analysis

Strong writing skills and experience developing technical artifacts, documenting business needs

In-depth knowledge of computer systems, IT infrastructure, and system security concepts, as well as database and Web platforms

Project management and collaboration skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills, specifically the ability to explain technical information in business terms
