Responsibilities

Able to work without assistance and manage highly complex work efforts.

Developing work required in IBIS and integration to/from NCFS new State ERP.

Working with Cognos to develop reporting dashboards.

Having an overall knowledge and understanding of application development.

Analysis, visual design, development, data analysis, testing, and implementation.

Providing technical and user documentation, software conversions, and maintenance including production support.

Utilizing OEM TOAD and data migrations as secondary skills.

Solving issues like hidden HTML, XML, etc.

Implementing and utilizing a new validation API provided by NCFS to check for invalid account combinations in real time.

Unit testing of new development.

Updating forms for agencies, budget analysts, and administrative/configuration functions in IBIS.

Working closely with a State lead developer/employee to utilize new database structures on queries.
