Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using ava back end dev with Java aws Postgres dynamo db spring boot and Kafka.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle and improve deployment efficiency.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
Monitor and optimize application performance identifying and resolving bottlenecks and performance issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs code and processes.
Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage and maintain cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability and scalability.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes tools and methodologies.

Required
8 to 12 years of experience in backend development
Expertise in Java backend development
Experience with AWS
Experience with Postgres
Experience with DynamoDB
Experience with Spring Boot
Experience with Kafka
Strong technical skills in AWS EC2
Strong technical skills in Microservices
Strong technical skills in J2EE
Strong technical skills in AWS IoT
Extensive experience in Product Lifecycle Management and its application in software development
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and efficient software architectures
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their role in the software development lifecycle
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies
