Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Java applications using J2EE, Servlets, Spring, and Spring Batch.

Develop, implement, and manage user authentication and authorization within J2EE application servers.

Build and consume SOAP/REST web services to integrate different systems.

Implement full-stack development, including front-end technologies such as JavaScript, JSF, and PrimeFaces 7.0.

Develop and optimize complex database queries, stored procedures, and aggregate operations in MongoDB and Postgres.

Design and implement XSD and Schematron data validation rules.

Participate in CI/CD processes, utilizing tools such as GitLab, Maven, Jenkins.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring best practices in software development.

Required

Hands-on experience in Java development, including extensive experience with J2EE, Servlets, and related technologies.

Experience implementing applications utilizing J2EE Application Servers, with expertise in Java security authentication and authorization of service and user accounts.

Hands-on experience with Servlets, Spring, and Spring Batch for web application development.

Experience in ad hoc data analysis and reporting.

Hands-on experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST).

Experience with CI/CD processes, including tools such as GitLab, Maven, and Jenkins.

Experience in Full Stack Development, including front-end technologies like JavaScript, JSF, and PrimeFaces 7.0.

Experience in design and development of XSD and Schematron data validation rules.

Experience with at least one application server (WildFly, Tomcat, or WebLogic).

Expert-level experience in MongoDB and Postgres, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, aggregate operations, and performance tuning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Familiarity with Azure App Services & Cloud Services.

Familiarity with healthcare or State Department applications is a plus.
