Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions using JavaScript, Node.js, React JS, J2EE, and MongoDB

Oversee project timelines ensuring that all milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration of new features

Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects ensuring that all team members are aligned

Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of all software solutions

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process where applicable

Optimize application performance ensuring that all solutions are scalable and efficient

Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals

Participate in the recruitment process helping to identify and onboard top talent to the development team

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies ensuring that the team remains agile and responsive to changing requirements
