Responsibilities

Drive the definition, optimization and improvement of new and existing business processes via development of business and functional requirements.

Manage process compliance as appropriate (e.g. internal controls, regulatory requirements, other business process, etc.) including development and delivery of documentation and training material.

Serve as a conduit between business, IT, and external partners to collaborate on all JDE related requirements, process, documentation, and training.

Participate in strategy discussions to understand and capture high level business needs and deliver detailed functional specification documents for signoff in preparation for development.

Provide effective solutions to the HR & Payroll teams to address business scenarios, and guide them through the appropriate business processes related to setting up Employees, PDBAs, AAIs, budgeting, Payroll runs in the system.

Required

Full understanding of systems architecture concepts and methodologies

Analysis and reports to help manage projects and jobs

Experience in JD Edwards Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Procurement & Subcontract Management, Contract & Service Billing, and Service Work Orders
